The Online Market Place

The internet provides us with the world's largest online market place. There is no question about it. If you have a product to sell, you're going to want to sell it online. Whether your business is run out of a traditional "Brick and Mortar" store or not you have an enormously greater potential for selling your products online. It may be easier than you think. Anyone can sell their own products in the online marketplace for free. You don't even need a website. There are several ways to sell online for free. One of my favorites is called "Article Marketing. You see, there are hundreds of websites out there known as "Article Directories". In fact, you are probably reading this article on one of them. Article directories allow anyone to publish an article online for free. All you have to do is write a small (300 to 1000 words or so) article on the topic of your choice and publish it on one of these directories. Here are just a few of them:

EzineArticles.com

ArticleBlast.com

Searchwarp.com

ArticleDashboard.com

Buzzle.com

GoArticles.com

First you have to sign up with the particular article directory that you are interested in. Sign up is free and easy to do. Once you've signed up you can write your own original articles about things you know about or have an interest in and publish them here in the online market place.

Now, if your intention is to promote a product or service you only need to keep these 2 things in mind when writing your article:

1- Make your article pertinent to the product you're writing about. If you're selling aquarium supplies, write an article about aquarium supplies. This will help to guide the proper audience to your articles.

2- URL Link or email address. If you are trying to link the reader to a website, whether it be yours or someone else's, then include the URL Link in your article. Some article directories don't allow it in the article but they do allow it in the Author Bio which appears at the end of the article, this is just as good. If you don't have a website you can just put an eMail address in the article or article bio.
